Key Features
This integration template supports following use cases:
- Create an xMatters event from a BMC Helix ITSM incident. The xMatters event is viewable within BMC Helix ITSM.
- Changes to the xMatters status and worknotes are automatically updated and reflected in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Changes to the status and worknotes in the BMC Helix ITSM incident are updated in the xMatters event. E.g. if the incident is closed, the xMatters event will be terminated.
