What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Conduct a workshop to:
- Provide an overview of Blueprints and service model definitions.
- Describe the differences between business applications, business services and technical services.
- Present out-of-the-box Blueprints.
- Detail the approach and best practice to create service Blueprints.
- Advise on a migration strategy for existing application models (if applicable).
- Review Customer provided business services details.
- Prepare and review the Helix Modelling Approach Document.
- Identify the BMC Success Catalog Service Offerings to support the Customers’ needs to build Blueprints and service models.
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing the necessary business service owners and technical resources to attend workshops.
- Providing of any business services that the Customer would like to include as use cases for BMC review.
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Helix Modelling Approach Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
Pre-requisites:
- Preparatory call between Customer and BMC to mutually agree on a project schedule including up to two workshops.
- Customer must have a basic understanding of BMC Helix Discovery and/or BMC AIOps.
- Customer must have a provisioned BMC Helix Discovery or BMC Helix AIOps environment.
