This Service configures BMC Helix Business Workflows to enable case management, task management, knowledge management and service targets for one line of business such as human resources, facilities or finance.

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

  • Conduct a workshop to review out-of-the-box capabilities of BMC Helix Business Workflows
  • Review pre-existing BMC line of business content packs for human resources, facilities, finance, legal and procurement
  • Configure one pre-existing BMC line of business content pack up to the following:
  • Item Quantity
    Service requests
    3
    Case templates
    5
    Task templates
    5
    Email templates
    5
    Approval configuration for business cases
    1
    Knowledge articles
    10
    Approval mappings for cases
    3
    Service Targets

  • Configure and load Foundation Data*
  • Prepare Solution Design document
  • Prepare Construction Document
  • The in-scope configurations will be done in one non-production environment and migrated to the production environment
  • Conduct hand-off session with customer

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure availability of subject matter experts for workshop with BMC for the following:
    • Foundation Data
    • Knowledge articles
    • High level use cases

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

  • Construction Document
  • Solution Design Document

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

  • Customer has installed and configured the BMC Helix Client Gateway solution
