BMC will perform the following:
- Conduct a workshop with Customer to:
- Provide an overview of AIOps and its benefits
- Review Customer’s desired business outcomes
- Review and discuss the following AIOps value cases and alignment to Customer’s business outcomes
- Event Noise Reduction
- Proactive Alerting
- Probable Cause Analysis
- IT Operational Governance
- Automated Remediation
- Capacity Optimization
- Assess Customer’s current maturity level for each value case across people, process, data, and technology
- Identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare a Success Path Advisory Report that includes:
- Tailored execution roadmap with expected value and outcomes at each step
- Services from our BMC Success Catalog
- Education courses
- Roles and responsibilities
- Review Success Path Advisory Report with Customer
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing access to the necessary stakeholders on the agreed start date
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Success Path Advisory Report
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- Provide current state operating model, goals and objectives
- Identify stakeholders to be engaged and agree to timing
