• Alert relevant users of real-time failures and issues with email, SMS, or mobile app push notifications.
• Manage PagerDuty credentials in a secure connection profile.
• Connect to any PagerDuty endpoint.
• Create, update, and snooze incidents on the PagerDuty platform.
• Integrate PagerDuty jobs with other Control-M jobs into a single scheduling environment.
• Monitor the status, results, and output of PagerDuty jobs in the Monitoring domain.
• Attach an SLA job to your PagerDuty jobs.
• Introduce all Control-M capabilities to Control-M for PagerDuty including advanced scheduling criteria, complex dependencies, Resource Pools, Lock Resources, and variables.
• Run 50 PagerDuty jobs simultaneously per Agent.

Control-M integration for PagerDuty is available for these product versions:

• Control-M 21.200 and later
• Control-M SaaS Agent 21.200 and later
