Based on Customer’s business requirements, the BMC Senior Consultant provides guidance on technical delivery engagements by assisting with BMC solution deployment or configuration.—executed under the direction and management of the customer’s leadership and delivery teams
What you get:
Under Customer’s direction, BMC will perform activities like the following:
- That may include but not limited to:
- Assist customer with out of the box functionalities and integrations
- Assist customer with Control-M upgrades and migrations
- Assist in implementation of business logic using Control-M scheduling functionality
- Provide hands-On Implementation Guidance
- Assistance in customer lead projects as staff augmentation
Deliverables: The parties understand and agree that BMC will not be responsible for any specified or implied deliverables resulting from these Consulting Services. A report or email may however be communicated to Customer to present the status of the Services (“Status Report”).

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the allotted period of time has been reached or when Customer has indicated they no longer need assistance, whichever occurs first.From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and complete within 60 days.
