Operational Readiness Assessment

The Operational Readiness Assessment will assess your organization’s current state of adoption preparedness and provide BMC’s recommended best practice changes to your service delivery model. The assessment also includes communication and awareness planning, employee enablement program, and adoption tracking.

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

  • Review the current service delivery model and identify the impact of changes to people, process, tools, and governance
  • Identify gaps between current and future ways of working
  • Provide recommendations based on BMC’s best practices to assist in reducing the impact to Customer’s organization with the introduction of the BMC solution
  • Assist in developing stakeholder impact assessment and communication strategy
  • Prepare Operational Readiness Report
  • Prepare Operational Readiness Executive Presentation
  • Present findings to Customer

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Identifying Customer sponsor and stakeholders to be engaged
  • Availability of Customer sponsor and stakeholders
  • Providing scope of the current service management initiative, schedule, and goals
  • Providing current service delivery model, plans, and potential changes for the future if available
  • Providing vision and goals for the current service management initiative if available

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

  • Operational Readiness Report
  • Operational Readiness Executive Presentation

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

  • Preparatory call between Customer sponsor and BMC to ensure alignment and understand any organizational constraints
  • Establish the scope of the functions and processes that will be part of the assessment
