BMC Helix Service Modelling Service - Small

What you get:
To qualify as a small service model the following criteria must be met:
- Number of hosts in the model must be less than or equal to eight
- Number of software instances and/or components must be less than or equal to fifteen
- All components to be used in the service model must exist in BMC Helix AIOps and the BMC Helix Database
You may choose one or any combination of the options listed below.

BMC will perform the following in one environment:
- Assist Customer to identify and configure one small service and its related components
- Assist Customer to validate the information for the service exists in BMC Helix Database
- Configure:
- Blueprint model using data provided by Customer
- Small service model based on blueprint created
- Prepare Solution Design
- Prepare Construction Document
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing relevant information about the service to be configured
- Providing access and privileges in BMC Helix environments
- Providing application subject matter expert for reviewing the model blueprint
- Ensuring all components to be modeled are present in BMC Helix Database
- Reviewing draft service model and service blueprint in a timely manner
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Solution Design
- Construction Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
