BMC AMI DevX Workbench Starter Service

What you get:
BMC will perform the following activities:
- Conduct a project kick-off meeting which will include:
- Scope discussion
- Outline of high-level plan
- Explanation of the configuration options
- Prepare Construction Document
- Configure and verify the following according to BMC’s recommended best practices in two environments:
- BMC AMI DevX Workbench
- BMC AMI DevX products that are licensed by Customer
- Automatic synchronization of changes between end users
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing access and privileges for BMC staff to BMC AMI DevX tools, to include:
- Allocating resources to set up network and system programmer elements
- Providing resources who have the ability to APF* authorize a load library
- Raising environment change requests
- Agreeing on timescales and change windows
- Performing user functional tests as described in the BMC AMI DevX Workbench installation guide
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Construction Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- The latest versions of BMC AMI DevX products must be installed on Customer’s mainframe systems
- Providing BMC with remote access to the mainframe via one of the following:
- Virtual Private Network (VPN)
- Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI)
- Customer provided laptop
- Having an LPAR running supported versions of z/OS® on z/OS® compatible hardware
- Providing a TCP/IP port, AT-TLS* for a secured HTTPS connection to web browser
- Providing secured zFS* directory space for the disk database
